Communication.
An experienced Town Planner with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning industry across Queensland with experience also extending to Europe and Dubai. Phill is skilled in Land Development, Negotiation, Sustainable Development, Urban Planning, and Feasibility Studies. Facilitating positive outcomes requires strong community and social engagement to mitigate what can often be sensitive matters. Property development is often a sensitive issue whether it be a large-scale quarry, a new land mark high-rise apartment tower or simply an extension to an existing building – seldom do all parties agree.
Qualifications & Past Projects.
With a Masters Degree in Urban Development and Sustainability, Project Management & Valuation from Bond University. Phill is also a commercially endorsed Yachtsman (Yachtmaster offshore (RSYC Southampton), Trade Qualified Tradesman (Cabinetmaking and Joinery) and has Asset Management (Europe) and project management (Dubai) experience.
